One Day/Half Day Tour Notes

Before entering the fishing ground, if the activity itinerary is affected due to bad weather, rescheduling is acceptable. (Based on the weather on site at the Star Fish Leisure Farm.)

If the pre-ordered meals is cancelled due to unable to arrive, notification is required before 8:30 am, and subject to the reply notification from the Star Fish Leisure Farm shall prevail.

After entering the farm, Star Fish Leisure Farm will not process refund requests due to weather problem.

No outside food, drink and pets allowed.

Children’s tickets apply to children aged 3-12; Free for children who are 0-2 years (but water facilities in the large pond are not allowed).

Please do not pick flowers, fruits and vegetables. Once you breach the rules, you will be fined 10 times the price of the fruits and vegetables.

Allow sufficient time for special extra meals (depending on the number of people).

For group bookings, all payments must be made 3 days before arrival, otherwise it will be regarded as a cancellation.
#Gentle reminder
You can prepare a change of clothes (2 sets of clothes are recommended), your own toiletry items, a recycling bag (for wet clothes), sunscreen, and mosquito repellent. Casual wear or swimsuit and sandals are acceptable. The activity package does not include a tour leader. There is staff responsible for water safety at the place of water activities.
Team building Special Attention

Prepare props and supplies for the event by yourself, and clean up or restore the site after the event. A refundable deposit of RM300 will be charge if necessary. Farm site have the final decision.

Do not play loud music or disturb other customer before 7:15am or after 11pm.

After the end of business hours, you must present your pass to enter the farm.

For safety reasons, after 10pm, you are not allowed to enter the farm unless it is an emergency. Special cases need to be notified in advance.

Each guest attending the ceremony is RM15 (Need advance notice).

Any damage caused by inappropriate persons during the event shall be compensated.

If the number of participants is more than 30, all payment must be made 3 days before the event, otherwise, it will be regarded as cancellation.

No outside food and drink allowed. If need to bring food or drink, RM300 (depending on the number of people) will be charged as a venue space use and cleaning fee.
Accommodation Notes

Amendment and cancellation are not refundable.

Check in time is 2pm, check out time is 11am.

No outside food, drink and pets allowed. You can buy beer from us if you need it. If you bring your own beer, you will be charged RM50 per box.

A refundable cash deposit of RM100 will be collected upon check-in.

Guests check-in time if friends visit, must be within business hours 9am- 5pm, and must buy tickets to enter the farm (Except the café area).

The entrance fee has already included the facilities and activities in the farm. Requests for refunds fee due to the insufficient utilization of the facilities will not be accepted.
